Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching provided through The Brand Alkemi by Yakira Venagiam (Coach Kira) is a forward-focused, goal-oriented professional relationship. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or any form of mental health treatment.

While Coach Kira holds a Graduate Certificate in Counselling and a Masters in Life Coaching and NLP, the coaching relationship is distinct from a clinical or therapeutic one. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or require clinical mental health support, please contact an appropriate mental health professional or crisis service in your region.

Results Disclaimer

Testimonials, outcomes, and results shared by clients of The Brand Alkemi represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Every client brings unique circumstances, history, and readiness to their coaching engagement. Results vary.

Coaching is most effective when the client is actively engaged, honest, and committed to their own process. The Brand Alkemi takes no responsibility for outcomes that arise from partial engagement, misrepresentation, or decisions made outside of the coaching relationship.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Single Sessions (The Catalyst): Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Sessions may be rescheduled once with 24 hours notice.

Intensives (The Breakthrough): Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours. Reschedule requests within 48 hours are at the coach's discretion.

Containers (The Transmutation): A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance is non-refundable once sessions have commenced. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out — we will find a path forward where possible.

Digital Products: Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will resolve it.

Clothing: As a print-on-demand product, returns and exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items only. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for eligible issues.

Business Information

The Brand Alkemi is operated by Yakira Venagiam as a registered sole trader in Australia (established 2024). All coaching, product sales, and digital product delivery are subject to Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Privacy

Information shared within the coaching relationship is held in confidence. Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. Information collected through this website (including email subscriptions and contact forms) is used solely for the purpose of communication with The Brand Alkemi. We do not sell your data.
